Security System Move
Centurion will install a new six (6) point GE alarm system in your new home completely of charge. Centurion - which offers a home alarm system - recognizes that many of our customers will move within their contracted monitoring period for theft, fire and medical with us. When you are ready to move simply call our customer service department and tell them you would like to take advantage of your security system move. They will take care of moving your alarm system for from there.
A) Customers are required to pay the standard $99 fee in order for Centurion to connect you again to your local monitoring facilities to cover fire, theft, and medical, and to complete a new contract of monitoring service.
B) If you are successful in encouraging the new occupiers of your old home to stay with Centurion for the duration of your contract we will refund to you the full amount of $99 dollars as a thank you for your commitment and loyalty to Centurion and for using and referring our alarm systems to others.
Lifetime Alarm System Guarantee
How simple could life be? If your alarm system becomes defective due to a non tampered with failure, we will fix or repair the alarm system within 48 hours of reporting to our customer service department. Alarm system must be installed in one of our operating states.
Cancelling Your Agreement
You can cancel your agreement at any time by paying the balance of your monitoring contract remaining. Contact Centurion's customer service department for details if you would like to cancel your alarm system monitoring services which cover fire, theft, and medical.
